September 27, 2024 - May 23, 2025 = $1700/week, or $290/night 
(2 night minimum)

May 23 - May 30, 2025 = $1900/week 

May 30 - June 13, 2025 = $2600/week

June 13 - June 20, 2025 = $3000/week

June 20 - July 4, 2025 = $3500/week

 July 4  - July11, 2025 = $3800/week

July 11 - August 22, 2025 = $3500/week

August 22 - August 29, 2025 = $2800/week

August 29 - September 5, 2025 = $2400/week 

September 5 - September 12, 2025 = $2100/week

September 12 - September 26, 2025 = $1800/week

September 26, 2025 - May 22, 2026 = $1700/week, or $290/night 
(2 night minimum)

We charge 6% MI Sales tax, but NO additional pet or cleaning fees. 

NOTES

RENTAL FEE - For use of the Property as a vacationing home, Guests shall pay above fees to the Owner, $500 at time of reservation, 50% (less $500) in March and the remaining 50% of fee no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

 
METHOD OF PAYMENT - A guest can pay by Visa, MC, check or money order.  There is a 3% fee for all credit card payments  except for last minute rentals (under 2 weeks).

SMOKING - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If the Guest wishes to cancel this Agreement, they must provide written notice to the Owner.

Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Arrival: If the notice is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, the Guest will be refunded 80% of the amount paid.

Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival: No refunds will be issued if the Guest cancels within 30 days of the arrival date.

Check-in after 4:00 pm. Check-out before 11:00 am.

Dogs are permitted with prior approval.

No reservations are confirmed until deposit and rental agreement are received.
